Return & Refund Policy
Within UAE: If you purchase something from our website and receive a defective product, you must write to us on email@example.com within three days from the delivery date stating the details of the defect, supported by images of the item and corresponding receipt.
One of our customer service representatives will contact you. If s/he is unable to solve your problem, you may present the defective product at our retail store after getting a confirmation number from our representative.
Other Countries: If you purchase something from our website and receive a defective product you must write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org within three days from the delivery date, stating the details of the defect, supported by images of the item and corresponding receipt. One of our customer service representatives will contact you. If s/he is unable to solve your problem, we will arrange collection of the product from the same location we shipped or we may ask you to dispose of it. If we are unable to replace the product we will give you a full refund.
Shipping fees for international customers will be refunded in the form of store credit only. Defective items may only be exchanged for the same item.
Any defective product, which is returned, pursuant to these terms and conditions must be returned in its original box(es) or packaging and in the same condition it was received and it must include all contents, if applicable. For the avoidance of doubt, if the original box was placed inside another box, the defective product must be repackaged in the same manner and returned to us. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any figure(s) or item(s) that have been disassembled or modified in any way, due to the overall quality and integrity being compromised.
Returned defective items, which arrive with excessive damage due to improper and inadequate return packaging, may be subject to an improper handling fee of up to 25% of the product price.
In all instances, please note that this return policy applies only to shipped items you have received.
The Store does not provide a warranty on the products purchased. The manufacturer may offer a separate warranty but the Store is not responsible for advising you of the same.
3. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
In case you would like to cancel your order kindly send us an email on email@example.com within 24 hours of your confirmation of order. If you order is not shipped we will cancel the order and give you a refund and deduct 5% (of product price) as cancelation charges inclusive of all applicable charges to be borne by Customer. All refunds shall be made only through bank to bank transfer to the Customer.
If your credit card is not charged we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation. In this case the 5% cancelation charges will not be applied.

4. DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier i.e. POSTAPLUS
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 20 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
5. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
6. REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
